SUNFLOWER BOX   

 In a departure from our usual collections for our sunflower box ministry, this January we are not asking for “things”, but monetary donations to support Trinity's Table.  You may recall that in July we collected cans of food which were greatly appreciated.  However, in talking to Ed and Eunice Burch who are the coordinators for this massive labor of love, I realized that the most practical way we can support their effort is through financial means.  They then can purchase the exact items they need to complete a meal. Our sunflower box may be empty for January but I hope our St. Paul hearts are full!  Please mark your donations with Trinity’s Table and put them in the offering plate.  Let us begin 2012 by helping our sister congregation and those in need as we share some of the many gifts we have been blessed with and may God continue to bless you richly in the New Year!
